Job description:New ceilings required upstairs. Walls need to have wallpaper removed and skimmed. Ground Floor needs walls skimmed and ceilings touched up (period features to be preserved). Splitting of upstairs bathroom to 2 ensuites and new bathroom in part of an existing bedroom. new window in rear wall - needs a new opening. Install three velux roof lights to 1 bedroom and both ensuites. Electrical rewire and plumbing too.
