Slight subsidence to rear bay window in Oscott

Job description:Cracking has appeared internally and externally to the rear bay window where it joins the main house. This cracking is 10mm wide with some slight displacement of the bricks. To the rear wall of the bay there is a max 1.5mm wide stepped crack to the brickwork on the left hand side, with some minor spalling of the mortar to the damp proof course. The upvc framework of the bay is visibly distorted and generally slopes down to the rear and to the left hand side by up to 1 in 40. There are also areas of brickwork which are weathered, externally, notably the mortar joints to the right hand flank wall. The drains are also a concern and is the rear down pipe. There is an engineers report outlining the above problems indepth. It will be available to read. It also states what requirments are needed to rectify the problem.
