Job description:To create a kitchen diner & update the kitchen. We need existing wall knocking down. floor tiles in kitchen taking up & new tiles being laid from diner area through to kitchen & utility (17m2). Existing kitchen window (brown upvc) to be replaced (4ft x 3ft) by a bigger window (brick work knocked out at bottom to another 8" or so) & existing dining room window (136 cm x 122 cm) to be replaced by french doors. Ceiling to be skimmed so that ceiling is uniform & walls where kitchen tiles have been taken off to be skimmed. Also want new worktops fitted in kitchen and utility area & new tiles fitted in splash back area of kitchen. New gas oven & hob fitted also.
