Flooring decorating bathroom replacement joinery in Selly Oak

Job description:We need the following doing. Laminate floor installed in bedroom, living room and repaired in front room. We need to discuss the possible removal of two large stone surround fireplaces and sealing up of fireplaces. We may also need to move radiators to more efficient locations and hide exposed pipework. Our boiler needs fixing and we need to discuss the possibility of moving it elsewehere. We will need to have ceiling lights installed in the two bedrooms. There is currently a partition between the two small bedrooms upstairs and also the two downstairs rooms which we need to discuss the removal of. Lastly I need a cost on redecorating. The wall by the stairs and upstairs is artex, which I would like a price on removal of it and replastering. There are odd bits of bad joinery but those are small things. This is obviously quite a lot of work.
