Job description:Looking for a builder to look at a possibly corroded RSJ at front of property above door and window that I am buying. Also need DPC and timber treatment. Also need enclosed stair case opening up with new banister, if possible. Also need upper 2 x small UPVC window units replacing. Also need "proposals" for ground floor rear window bay repair/replacement/rebuid. Thanks
