Job description:A rear and side ground floor leanto extension is needed which will create approx 36 square yards of new floor space. The work required would remove all of ground floor back wall (6 meters long) and extend out another 3 meters creating a large open plan room. On the side of the house a utility room would be created. Planning permission is already approved and achitectral drawings are ready. Other work needed to be done includes patio, underfloor heating, new bathroom , new kitchen, plumbing, ect.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
