Shop and two flats-counter built-wall knocking down & bthrm/showe in Talbot

Job description:End terrace, comprising of small sandwich shop and two flats. shop needs counter built around serve over/sink installing/flooring. gff needs wall knocking down and bathroom/shower room to be added as one does no exist at the moment, flooring and few small alterations. tff requires stairs adding to loft as ladder are only way up at moment, kitchen tops/doors and bathrrom adding and flooring - in loft could be extended or tidied up with plasterboard etc - it sounds alot but its a shell with bits and pieces to do. my father is a builder but he hasnt the time - he says between 3-4k. need someone who can do the lot electrics/plumbing etc and I will need certificate for work carried out. work needs to be carried out as soon as possible - are you available to quote this thursday 16th. cheers - the reason it had to be submitted again is the property took longer to purchase due to vendor messing me around. someone did offer to quote but lost your details.
