Job description:I require a general builder finish off a house renovation to a 3 bed terraced property in order to let. The work required is 1. Prepping/Filling walls for painting. 2. Painting ceilings where required. 3. Fix new skirting, archs and doors. 4. glossing of skirting, archs, window boards etc. 5. overboard ceiling to living room and stipple paint. 6. Remove small non loadbearing brick wall and reconfigure with stud partition. 7. Fit new front and back door. 8. A new bathsuite and kitchen needs to be installed plus tiling floors and walls. These are all the main jobs that need doing ASAP. I will get a registered electrician and gas fitter for other jobs. This would suit someone with multiple skills to start and finish the work. Please let me know a daily/weekly rate or fixed rate for 4 - 5 weeks work. Please email quotes Many thanks
