Job description:Put up a stud wall 11' to divide through lounge dinner, cut out new door frame in brick wall reposition radiator and finishing work. sort out damp by clearing wall caverty and fitting airbricks. make a second toilet upstairs adjasent to existing bathroom, to include 2 stud walls new door frame and fittings.
