Job description:remove 1 wall (load bearing) open up wall beneath window and install french windows repair flat rof approx 1.5 X 2.5m open up bricked up window and replace window (approx 45x30cm) upstairs bathroom needs enlarging. Take down 1 walll and build a stud wall (approx 1.5 X .8M) new fusebox (needs moving aprox 1M) + 5/6 new sockets and 1 new light and switch
