Job description:Basically we had someone steal the lead flashing from between the conservatory and the house. Only a small section. Unfortunately, following the stormy weather in early January, the rain has leaked into the conservatory and damaged the laminate floor and some of the skirting. The insurance company need a quote for all the work so ideally need a tradesman who can do both the roof and floor/skirting as soon as possible.
