Job description:Hi I have a garden plot in Denholme Bradford with planning permission for a large 4 Bedroom house. I have the passed plans and would like to schedule the build for Spring 2012. Would prefer a local builder who is not spending all his time driving to the job. Please don't contact me if your one of those unreliable Builders. I don't have the time I need somebody who will turn up on time and do a good job. If that seems to much to ask then don't contact me, no payment in advance either happy to make staged payments when each step is completed.
