Looking for gorgi registered builder for removal of fireplace and other in Tong

Job description:I am looking for qoutes for a what I believe small job. First of all I need the gas to the fireplace closing of and the fireplace taken out. Fireplace in hopefully such a way that it will be able to sell. Secondly I would like some fake wall around a previous build in cupboard to be removed. Thirdly I would liek the rose removed from the cealing and the lights on the wall. I would also like advise what to do with the ceiling when rose is removed as at the ceiling is structered at the moment and i would like it not being structured. It would be great if I could get a few qoutes for this,
