Job description:1.Remove and rebuild front porch taking foundations down to the same level as the house 2.Remove kitchen window and build brickwork back so flush with external wall (at the moment its an oriel window of shoddy workmanship and falling away from the house) 3.Replace back door with window 4.Change dining room window to French doors 5.Remove internal structural wall between kitchen and dining room 6.Remodel bathroom and seperate WC to one larger bathroom, not sure of the status of this wall The first two points need to be done ASAP we are more flexible on the timing for the rest, however would like it all completed before end march, if possible. Thank you!
