Job description:A single storey extension measuring approx 10 ft 6 wide, 9ft 4 high and 10ft 8 deep with a flat roof and potentially double storey if the price is right. No plans have been done at present and i would imagine planning is reqauired. There is a small lean to that wouls require knocking down. Rough estimates, require the internazl finished to high standards with french doors to open to the outisde.
