Job description:Ground Floor - knock out existing bathroom to extend space of kitchen and make good. Convert old storeroom into a bathroom. Space is 5'4" by 6'1" (will need damp proofing). Doorway needs increasing in size and a window added. Move boiler from storeroom to kitchen. First floor - Knock out existing bathroom at back of house (size similar to ones above). Put in a small L-shaped ensuite at the front of the house.
