Job description:External maintenance of a listed building in Kemp Town including repairs to roof, replacing render, external repair of windows, painting building, restoration of ironworks. Must have experience in restoration/maintainence of listed buildings in Brighton and be available to complete work this summer. Work WILL NOT require planning/listed permission.
