Job description:Kitchen Remove soil pipe drainage from rear toilet - may involve lifting and re-laying decking outside to cap of at mains. Take down two structural walls to create kitchen diner, add doors to decked area, add underfloor heating to one half of kitchen area at the same time raising the floor 6 inches to match the existing kitchen floor height, remove a small window and side door and either brick up or add a further window. Fit/alter kitchen cupboards. Electrical works and plumbing to fit kitchen design. Boiler may need moving. Top Floor/Attic room Change existing roof line to create rear dorma window and add en suite in space created - toilet, sink and shower. Plumbing and electrical works. Add velux window over stairs to attic room. Budget permitting - Take down structural wall to create lounge/diner - replace all PVC windows with hardwood sash windows - open up fireplace and add chimney pot - in existing bathroom - replace bath with roll top including moving plumbing/pipework under the floor and fit towel radiator Have building regs for the above project but not served party wall notice yet.
