Job description:Need our stone fireplace removing, wall plastering, leave walls good for decorating. New wooden flooring throughout ground floor to match kitchen. New additional electric sockets, new lighting (spots) in lounge and hallway, also to match kitchen. Ceilings will need plastering also. Change light switch in downstairs toilet to switch not pulley (if allowed) - if not switch outside bathroom.
