Job description:The house is on a slope with a sunken garden. Beneath the ground floor kitchen is an area filled by chalk rubble during house construction. I want to excavatge this rubble to create a room which is accessed by and looks onto the garden. No plans yet. ALthough as conservation area I do not think planning permission will be required because a small space volume. Side access available but with garden stairs. COnveyor belts would be necessary.
