Job description:Currently semi-detatched 3 bed 1 reception dual bay bungalow with room to extend at the rear. Work: Estimated 30' x 15' full width rear single storey extension. Complete internal redesign of current room shape and location along with full loft conversion providing potential loft/dormer (master bedroom with en-suite) access to terrace with skylight inset that is the flat roof of new single storey extension. Ground floor redesign to produce estimated 28' x 12' lounge diner towards to rear open wall view of extension (kitchen / day-room). Right hand side of ground floor to produce 2 bedrooms and bathroom along with stair to first floor. Similar type extension work has previously been done. Photos and further explanation available.
