Job description:One room (aprox 12 x 15). Repair wooden floor and cracked walls, re-decorate. Background: The damage occured while the property was empty. Description: rain water from a door caused the floor boards to wrap and rise (very unusal and dramatic). The pressure from the floor boards has caused the internal brick wall to move and crack. Need to reinstate floor and repair walls.
