Job description:I own a 3 storey Victorian terrace house in Montpelier, Bristol. The job is to remove an internal load bearing wall and fit appropriate pillars and lintel. The wall separates the kitchen and a cupboard/pantry area. Work to include: - remove of wall - install lintel - Ensure compliance with building regulations Possible additional work: - plaster lintel and pillars/holes - plaster adjacent pantry area - walls and ceiling - level/make good floor - resite radiator that is currently on the wall to be removed - resite electric light and add 2 sockets
