Job description:To complete an existing two storey extension. Ground floor (3m x 5m)needs to be finished out to match adjacent existing kitchen. First floor (3m x 5m)needs to be finished out as a bedroom. Also a stud partition wall needs to be built to make a corridor through an existing bedroom. A new window opening needs to be made in the stone rubble wall of this bedroom and and a standard UPVC window installed. Various other work need qestimates, including the removal of an existing dilapidated garage and the subsequent building of a new garage in it's place.
