Job description:I am just after a quote at the moment. I am thinking of purchasing the property in Backwell which requires the work described below. I just need to get an idea of how much it'll cost in order to decide whether to go ahead with the purchase or not. Two jobs to be carried out on a 2002 build Victoria style Bryant home: (1) knock down wall between kitchen and dining room, re-fit units and flooring (2) Extend current bedrooms 3 & 4 over garage by raising wall and roof to add to size of the room.
