Job description:I'm looking for someone to offer advice/costing for extending a detached 2 bed bungalow to gain 1-2 bedrooms in the most cost effective way. Current options under consideration are; 1. Loft conversion (currently small area covered with loft boards for storage) 2. Removing current garage and extending side ways from the living room. The current garage runs along side the living room approximately 2m from the house. thanks in advance Mr Wright
