Job description:Knock down part of load bearing wall and construct a block pier of engineering bricks 325mm long by 280 mm wide by 2110mm high. (This part of the wall currently has 2 lintals supported on it). Install a 3200mm long stell lintal and knock through load bearing wall. Remove an external window and reduce opening by 410mm high by 950mm long. Install new double glazex window 830mm high by 950mm wide. Build an internal non load bearing wall 20000mm wide by 2300mm high. Remove a toilet and waste pipe. Level floor of new space and prepare floor ready for tiling. Plaster room and ceiling complete.
