Job description:3 bed house in bedminster which needs updating.Some damp so need investigation before work starts to find the problem (think it may be poorly fitted windows). Want to move bathroom upstairs and have new kitchen - some floor boards have gone so floors need looking at. Would love a loft conversion but depends on price! Want walls replastered and laminate flooring laid.
