Job description:To extend the exisiting upstairs toilet into third bedroom and install bath/shower and basin -including all plumbing/electrics/plastering/tiling around bath/flooring/installing fan and possible velux window required Also below the bathroom to gut the kitchen, replace a small (3.5m x 1.7m) leanto with an extension at the end of the kitchen, to install 1/2 RSJ (to be confirmed) and kitchen windows/doors then all other jobs required - install extra electics, plumbing for radiator/plastering/lay floor/possibly fit kitchen/tile
