Job description:Demolish existing single storey extension at rear of house and rebuild on a larger scale. New structure approx 20m square, single storey, to be divided into kitchen and playroom. Some additional work req'd to enlarge opening from exisitng house into extension. Architects drawings have been done and planning permission sought (may come under permitted development). In addition, knock through from existing dining room to sitting room to create larger family space. Ideally, we wd like the work to be done during the period June to October '07.
