Job description:existing wooden lean- to conservatory and concrete base - needs extending sideway apprx 5 foot to existing side wall. To reuse old windows, fit new roof and double doors, build dwarf wall and complete groundwork. Fit toilet and basin inside , plumbing - for this (is close to main sewer and drain cover) and plumbing for washing machine brought out of house , Studwork inside conservatory for toilet and make good interior wall . do not need quote for materials- only labour
