Job description:Internal reconfiguration of lower ground floor flat from one bed to two beds. Removal of 2 x non-load bearing lathe and plaster walls and 1 stud partition wall. Putting up 2 x new stud partition walls to create new bedroom and bathroom, including rough plaster finish. Fitting of new door frames, doors, skirting and coving in all rooms (bed 1, bed 2, bathroom, hallway, open-plan kitchen/living room). Laying of wooden flooring throughout (approx 75 square metres/800 square feet). Fitting of new kitchen units (kitchen approx 3.25m x 3.00m). I will supply all materials. I already have a plumber, electrician and plasterer.
