External porch is damaged & what looks like plasterboard is rotten & falling down in Cabot

Job description:There is an overhang outside the front door which looks to just be made of plasterboard! Falling the snow etc it's now pretty rotten & falling down. I'm also looking for someone who can look at an external wooden beam that runs across the back of the house. Might just need a bit of paint but want to check it's not damaged
