Make habital barrel vaulted cellar in Clifton East
Needed: Builder in Clifton East, BS8
Job submitted:May 16, 2008
Job description:The property benefits from a barrel vaulted cellar that is adjacent to the rest of the living quarters and is currently used for storage. The building is Victorian and Grade 2 Listed. No walls are to be knocked down nor erected, just to make good the existing structure. The cellar is accessed via the hallway and is simply a continuation of the existing building all on the one level. The area is roughly 60ft by 12ft. The cellar is quite dry considering it's current state. There is an additional access door from the front courtyard, approx 15ft from the outside pavement, therefore, removing debris and delivering of materials should not be a problem. The cellar consits of stone walls and floor with brick vaulted ceilings. These features are to be retained. The cellar will eventually house the kitchen/dining area.
Budget:£8,000 - £15,000
