Storage space conversion in Cotham

Job description:I live in a first floor flat. The communal stair well has a large storage space (8ft by 8ft) which I would like to incorporate into my flat as a small office / bedroom. Currently there is a non structural wall separating the flat and this space / stairwell. this would need rebuilding with a door. A new wall surrounding the storage space would need to be constructed (with a possible window to let light in from the stairwell. Also the floor might need reinforcing for safety and general use as currently it is not designed for daily use.
