Job description:Remove existing single storey extension, replace with double storey extension. Want 3 quotes from local firms capable of extension work. Very sensitive job and requires visit to consider and estimate. Everything from removing existing single, take up fottings, new footings and double storey - pitch roof etc Looking to start next year, early,when weather improves etc and to fit in with company /builder schedule. This will be a a tricky job as access is limited to the back of the property and planning is essential. Also looking for all fixings and finish etc - Please get in touch if you would like to come and visit my property and give a price and thoughts on the job, its not about the cheapest, Im looking for quality, rough idea on how long it will take etc and ideas Anthony
