Repoint and render chimney and identify where water is getting in in Easton

Job description:We have a chimney on the end of the kitchen extension of our terraced house, that seems to be the source of damp in one of the bedrooms. We have been advised to have the chimney re-pointed and rendered. The builder should check the roof for any other damage, or whether the water is getting in elsewhere, as it's only been inspected from the ground. It should be a simple job, but access is tricky, as it's the far elevation of the chimney that needs re-pointing, and this appears to be inaccessible by ladder, as the lean-to roof of our bathroom is in the way.
