Job description:Extension of kitchen with new additional reception room for dining. Remove existing "lean to" which is currently used as a utility area/storage. The current boiler is also housed here and we would look to replace this. The kitchen waste feeds into this and may need to be resited. We would like the current kitchen and dining room to flow into the new extension giving us a kitchen/dining area. A rear door/patio doors will be required from the extension to the garden. Subject to any planning consent the appx size of extension 4m x 6m. Included would be overhaul of house electrics. Finally decoration and finish including flooring.
