Job description:Insurance Quote required: Leak caused by hole in roof which has caused damage to a bedroom wall in both our rental house and the neighbours house. The leak had continued for some time and the water damage is showing through the wallpaper in both rooms. The hole in the roof has been fixed but the walls have still not dried out. Unsure whether this is just cosmetic or whether there is any more serious damage behind the walls. We need someone to investigate and to quote for the work required in order to resolve the problem.
