Job description:Converting a back yard into a conservatory. 1) Two walls already exist (as part of the house), a third wall needs to be built. 2) The front needs to be a UpVC sliding door. 3) The roof needs to be UPVC 4) a concrete base will be needed. 5) This should make enough room to fit a small downstairs toilet.
