Job description:1st floor flat, 130m2 overall 3 bedrooms (5.66x5.08m2, 2.74 x 2.44m2, 4.19x4.14m2) 1 sitting room (6.12x4.88m2) 1 kitchen (2.62x2.24) 1 bathroom (same size as kitchen, L-shape) 1 entrance hall Kitchen and bathroom need complete refitting (we'll chose tiles/fittings/etc in a medium price-range) Looking at opening wall between kitchen and drawing room to create open plan dinner. Will probably need a beam even though the plan seems to indicate a non load-bearing wall. Put new floorboards, possibly with underfloor heating. New boiler. Decorating Start beginning of may. Max 2 months of work
