Job description:I would like to convert part of what was the old garage in my house into a utility room. Half of this garage has already been turned into a downstairs wetroom and has running water. In the room next to this I would like to have a sink and washing machine plumbed in. If someone could visit and tell me whether this is feasible and how much it would cost it would be greatly appreciated.
