Need estimate for external walls' render repairs and chimney stack render overhaul in Montpelier

Job description:I'm in process of buying a property in Montpelier. Some essential work is needed. I need an estimate on Repair to external Render; Repair Chimney Stack render; Fix 3 slipped roof tiles (roman double concrete tiling); replace damp damaged plaster after damp specialists have treated 3 walls. Access is available to the property through the estate agent. After I've exchanged contracts will be needing further quotes on refurb of entire property including landscaping (pretty minimal) and overhaul of a subterranean garage space. Obviously work cannot commence till I own the property, however need initial quotes immediately to proceed with sale and budget. Cheers!
