Job description:Quarry tiled floor has sunk in one place. Quarry tiles to be removed undamaged (where possible) and relaid once floor is level. Walls are damp and cold, completely uninsulated. Electrics need updating with extra sockets added. Dishwasher + plumbing needs to be moved. New sink and sink unit to be installed. Walls need replastering/damp-proofing.
