Job description:Shower room approx 8' x 6' Flooring has been removed down to bare boards. Some leakage near old shower tray has caused damp which needs fixing. Old shower basin & part tiling needs removing (most already removed) from shower area. New shower cubicle to be fitted & tiling around basin & shower to be completed. Extractor fan in situ to be fixed / replaced.
