Solid roof on extension/conservatory in Westbury on Trym

Job description:We have a conservatory/extension of our kitchen. At present it does not comply with building regs as if it was a conservatory it would have a wall between the kitchen and the conservatory and it does not comply if it was an extension because it does not have a solid roof. We would like this to comply with building regs and make it into an extension by putting a solid roof on it (replacing the current glass roof) including a velux window etc. this may mean we need to replace the current windows etc.
