Job description:Floor area of loft is approx. 21 m2 and covered in hardboard, with 3 in of insulation underneath. I want someone to take up the hardboard, add insulation to a total depth of 10 in, and then replace hardboard. There is a bit of pipework to work round at one end of the loft.
