Job description:Remove existing victorian fireplace, remodel fireplace flush to chimney breast (clean up interior brick work or limewash). Poosibly inset sleeper above fire. Wall mount TV bracket on chimney breast... possible false front so can inset bracket a bit and run cabliny down to foot plate on Right hand side or chimney breast. Also remove hearthstone.
