Job description:We are looking for a builder to convert our garage into a living space. This will need completely converting. It will need to include all fixtures (radiators etc). There is currently the gas and electricity meter in the garage so we are not sure if this needs moving? We would also want to redesign our utility room to fit in a shower. We also want to build a fitted cupboard upstairs and this may require the light fitting to be moved.

Budget:Under £15,000
