Job description:Renew sections of worn and perished pointing, make good mcracks in the brickwork of the external walls, replacing upper collars to front and rear rainwater pipes, replace front rainwater pipe, replace guttering, hopper head and waste pipe. Replace damaged air brick. Renew Replastering of walls, installing vents for fireplaces, repairing ceilings of the ground floor hall cloaks cupboard, front sloping ceiling adjacent the wardrobe in the master bedroom and the plaster within the rear fitted wardrobe, boxing pipework for new boiler in the kitchen and living room, repairing split strut in roof, repair, repainting required to eaves soffits and facia baords, re-sealing window and door frames (both inside and out). Retiling and re-sealing required in kitchen and bathroom.
